PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling device for a vehicle suspension, enabling direct assembling of a damper to the car body without removal work of a tool. SOLUTION: An assembling device for a vehicle suspension includes an lift 7 for pushing up a sub-assembly 15 of the suspension incorporating a spring 13 and a dumper 14 from below the car body 16 suspended and supported on a hanger 12, and a towing means 11, one end of which is connected to a base (a truck 4) on which the lift is placed, the other end being provided with a connecting means to the car body. Thus, when the lift is raised to press the spring to the car body, pull-down force of the towing means is applied to the car body so that the spring can be contracted enough without lifting the car body.
