PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collapsible bicycle, enabling folding into a vertical shape having front and rear wheels arranged side by side at the lower ends by one action. SOLUTION: Two frames 1, 2 intersect each other at the substantially central part of a bicycle body, and engagement portions in the intersecting part have lockable and unlockable fixing means 7 connected to be turned in the folding and assembling directions. Each frame has at least one engagement portion, and the frames are connected to each other to be freely turned in the folding and assembling directions at the engagement portions. Further, four end parts in two frames are connected to a front post frame and a rear post frame, which are disposed parallel to each other, to be freely turned in the folding and assembling directions through the engagement portions. In a handle operating mechanism, right and left handle link arms 13 supporting a handle part are connected to a handle post 10 to be freely turned through the engagement portions, and the fixing means are released to fold the bicycle body mechanism into two in the vertical direction.
