PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent battery exhaustion easily caused by operation of an electric apparatus in an engine stopped state. SOLUTION: The controller is composed so that a signaling device 35 is continuously operated in a state wherein operation of a key switch 26 to an ON position and stoppage of an engine 6 are detected, and the signaling device 35 is intermittently operated when the state is maintained for a predetermined time.
