<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester composition having excellent cost performance and an excellent traveling property, and to provide a film having excellent cost performance and an excellent traveling property. <P>SOLUTION: This polyester composition contains 1 to 30 wt.% of inorganic particles having an average particle diameter of 0.1 to 10 μm and satisfying expressions (1) to (5). 1.8≤Ca/Mg≤11 (1), 20≤Ca+Mg≤40 (2), 0.3≤Al/Si≤0.6 (3), 1.2≤(Mg+Ca)/(Al+Si)≤1.8 (4), M≤7 (5), [Mg: the content (wt.%) of magnesium element; Al: the content (wt.%) of aluminum element; Si: the content (wt.%) of silicon element; M: the content (wt.%) of a metal element except magnesium, calcium, aluminum, silicon, antimony, germanium and titanium]. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
