PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a door driving mechanism of an air conditioner for vehicles, which can reduce the number of part items and man-hours for assembling. SOLUTION: In the door driving mechanism 25, which is provided with an operation side pulley 26, an air conditioner case side pulley 30 which is connected to an air passage opening and closing door 29, a first cable 31, which connects the operation side pulley 26 and the air conditioner case side pulley 30 and drives the air passage opening and closing door 29 in the direction to close the door 29 when the operation side pulley 26 is turned in a direction, and a second cable 32, which connects the operation side pulley 26 and the air conditioner case side pulley 30 and drives the air passage opening and closing door 29 in the direction to open the door 29 when the operation side pulley 26 is turned in the other direction, the operation side pulley 26 and the first cable 31 are connected to each other, and the operation side pulley 26 and the second cable 32 are connected to each other, and the door 29 can be moved in the direction to draw the first cable 31 and the second cable 32 and cannot be moved in the direction to loosen the cables 31 and 32.
