PURPOSE:To clearly grasp the input/output contents of the data on a designated address by detecting the address signal that is coincident with the set address and latching only the data corresponding to said address signal to display this data. CONSTITUTION:The address signal set by an address setting circuit 3 consisting of a dip switch is supplied to gate circuits 1 and 2 via a buffer circuit 4, a gate circuit 5 and an inverter circuit 6. When the address signals corresponding to address buses A0-A7 are supplied, the output of an AND gate 10 is set at an H level with the output of an OR gate also set at an H level. Thus latch circuits 16 and 17 fetch and latch the corresponding addresses via buffer drivers 8 and 9. While latch circuits 18 and 19 fetches the corresponding data from a data bus via buffer drivers 14 and 15 and latch them. These latched data are displayed on segment display devices 24-27 via decoder drivers 20-23.
