The arrangement has two valve elements movable against the force of closing springs by electromagnets to close or expose valve seats of different cross-sections between the feed and output. The first valve element (4) interacts with a valve seat (3) with large cross-section and has a passage (6) from a volume upstream of the first seat to a second seat (7) with smaller cross-section that interacts with the second valve element (8).
