<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the operation of observation equipment when the function of solar power generation due to solar battery units is decreased by meteorological conditions such as cloudy weather for a long term and rainfall. <P>SOLUTION: This observation equipment is installed in the vicinity of a place where a water flow is to be generated, and provided with a solar power generation means for converting sunbeams to electricity, a water flow power generation means for converting a water flow to electricity, and a charge storage means for storing the electricity generated by the solar power generation means and the water flow power generation means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
