PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply and accurately assaying arthritis and an assay kit for performing the same. SOLUTION: This method of assaying arthritis comprises concentration measurement of chemokine receptor 5 in a blood serum specimen or a synovial fluid specimen.
