SOLUTION: This automatic controller for afterripening processing of the banana has a structure equipped with both an ethylene gas filling device 7 and alcohol spraying devices 6 for spraying an alcohol into a banana afterripening processing room 1 in the automatic controller for the afterripening processing of the banana comprising at least a circulating fan 3, humidifiers 9, heating and cooling devices 4 for increasing or decreasing the temperature in the room 1 and detectors 5 for detecting the flesh temperature, CO2 concentration and room temperature and humidity in the room 1 provided in the interior of the banana afterripening processing room 1, the ethylene gas filling device 7 for filling ethylene gas in the room 1, a ventilating device 8 for ventilating air in the room 1 and a controlling part for controlling the respective devices on the basis of a program with output data of the detectors 5.</p> |
