PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a table top type heat retaining container reduced in the number of parts items and having a drainer handle corresponding to a current shoulder member freely to be washed just as it is by removably fitting the drainer handle to a container body and forming it into a cylindrical shape opened in both upper and lower ends thereof without generating a shrink mark. SOLUTION: This table top type heat retaining container is provided with the container body having the bottom-formed cylindrical heat insulating structure for housing liquid inside thereof, the drainer handle provided with a pouring part and a handle part, and an inside plug unit fitted to an opening part of the container body to open and close the opening part.
