PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device having high heat-conduction efficiency to microplates and effective for suppressing the temperature unevenness. SOLUTION: The heating device 1 is provided with a base 2 for holding and heating the microplates 10. A heater (heat source) 3 is built in the base 2. The base 2 is provided with a heat-conducting part 4 protruding from the upper face 21 of the base 2. The protruded heat-conducting part 4 is inserted into a recess 14 formed on the bottom of the microplate 10 when the plate is placed on the base 2. The upper face 41 of the conducting part 4 is placed closely to the bottom 12 of each well 11 and keeps the non-contacting state.
