PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishhook case compactly storing a plural kind of fishhooks, wherein a desired fishhook can be easily selected and taken out from the fishhook case. SOLUTION: This fishhook case comprises a lid, a flat bottom plate, a hinge and a engaging device, wherein the lid has at least a rim on the free end side and is openable and swingable, almost all surface of the bottom plate is a plane magnet, the hinge connects the lid with the bottom plate, the engaging device engages the lid to the bottom plate and the inner height of the lid is set lower than the gap size of the fishhook. The magnet sheet is preferably a commercial magnet sheet having uniform thickness and soled as an office supply. As no partition is provided, the bottom plate can be used as a wide space and the fishhook is easily moved and taken out from the case by a fingertip. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
