PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a merchandise display rack device for displaying and exhibiting, for example, encased software recording media in a video shop, etc. SOLUTION: In the merchandise display rack device, a number of rack members are suspended between right and left side walls via removable support pins and arranged vertically. Each of the side walls is formed into an approximately arcuate shape such that its forward front edge surface is tilted downwards between a vertical mid portion thereof and the upper end portion thereof. A display board with a panel type display device mounted on its forward wall is suspended between the uppermost end portions of the side walls, with both side edges of the display board approximately extending along the front edge surface titled downwards at the uppermost end portions of the side walls, whereby the display device is mounted in a downwardly tilted position, together with the forward wall of the display board.
