PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dislocation of an electrode and breakages in wire of a small-sized antenna, in manufacturing steps. SOLUTION: A recessed part 1a of a prescribed shape is formed on a surface of a dielectric ceramics 1, and a conductor for forming a soldering pat 5 and an electrode 2 is provided in the recessed part 1a in the small-sized antenna.
