PURPOSE: An edge grinder for a contact lens is provided to simply and semi-automatically grind an edge of the contact lens improving the workability by simultaneously grinding edges of a plurality of contact lens. CONSTITUTION: A lens seat(10) is provided to load a contact lens thereon. The contact lens is securely rested on the lens seat(10) by means of a vacuum pump. The lens seat(10) moves forward and backward. A motor(60) is connected to one side of the lens seat(10) through a belt by applying a rotational force to the lens seat(10). A grinding roller(20) is provided at an upper portion of a body so as to grind an edge of the contact lens. The grinding roller(20) is reversibly rotated and moved forward and backward. A decelerating motor(80) is provided to apply a rotational force to the grinding roller(20).
