PURPOSE: An environmental-friendly selecting treatment equipment of construction waste and method thereof is provided, which can prevent any air pollution caused by dust-flying by spraying water thus keeping the environment at a good sanitation. The system can also separate completely and easily iron and metal, aggregate, aluminum and vinyl and paper by four-step magnetic separator(13), thus providing recycled material of good quality. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a primary water sprayer, a primary dust collector, a magnetic separator, a secondary water sprayer, a secondary dust collector, a four-step magnetic separator(13) and a blower. Construction waste is fed to a hopper, primarily water sprayed, magnetically separated, and secondarily water sprayed to collect fly dust serially. The waste is then fed to the four-step magnetic separator(13) where vinyl and paper are primarily blown to vinyl collecting box(32) by the blower(30) to be separated, heavy material such as iron and metal drop to the iron and metal collecting box(29) just beneath the conveyor, with light material such as aluminum blown to an aluminum collecting box(31) and finally the aggregate is screened at the screen(25) to be separated and conveyed.
