PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system by which a stripe structure of a solution is coated on a support. SOLUTION: The support is constituted preferably of a web of a material to be set on a support roller passing a part near an especially constituted die. The die is provided with at least a mouth having a lip part extended to the outside from a face part or a mainframe part of the die. The die is adapted so as to prevent a fluid from leaking from the die. The upper part and the lower part of the die deciding the mouth are preferably to be substantially flat, and they are mutually in a mirror image relationship. The lip part is arranged preferably in a part near the material to which the solution adheres. The solution passing the mouth in the die is sent toward the web so as to adhere in the stripe structure or a band-shaped structure having a substantially definite thickness. In many cases, the solution contains a reagent-based solution. A film of the solution is dried generally on the support. After that, a dried product is used to manufacture a reagent test piece.
