PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a very small turning work machine capable of solving such a problem that the front end of a bucket of a conventional very-small turning work machine can reach approximately by a distance of the length of an arm plus the length of the bucket to the inner side (the front side) of a load-carrying platform and that an excavated matter cannot be loaded to the inner part from the rear end of the platform. SOLUTION: In the very small turning work machine, a third boom 12 is formed in longer size, and when the excavated matter such as earth and sand excavated by the bucket 14 is loaded to a dump-truck or the like, the front end of the bucket can reach the inner part of the carrier of the dump-truck, the overall length of the lengths of the third boom 11, the arm 12 and the bucket 13 is equivalent to a size L1 capable of loading the excavated matter up to the inner part from the rear end of the platform 51.
