PURPOSE: A method for making acorn jelly with soy sauce is provided to store acorn jelly and use acorn jelly as main material or sub-material. CONSTITUTION: A method for making acorn jelly with soy sauce comprise: a step of stirring 1kg of acorn powder in 3-5kg of water and heating to make in a jell shape; a step of molding the acorn jelly in a specific form; a step of cutting acorn jelly in uniform size and drying; a step of turning up side down and semi-drying; a step of dipping the acorn jelly in soybean sauce; a step of maturing for 10 to 36 hours; and a step of adding edible alcohol. |
