SOLUTION: Announce information for store public announce sorted by each kind in respective areas in a sub buffer 22 is read by a poling program 31 regulating a reading access sequence and the announce information is stored in a main buffer 21. The announce information is read by a mixing program 32 in the order of being stored in the main buffer 21 and announcing sound is synthesized from voice data 12a and sound data 12b stored in an HDD 1 to be outputted.
