PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a (meth)acrylic resin, which can be generally adapted to a modifying use using a styrenic elastomer as a compatibilized or the like, for the purpose of the compatibility with the styrenic elastomer, a styrenic elastomer/(meth)acrylic resin mixture and modified asphalt using the (meth) acrylic resin. SOLUTION: The (meth)acrylic resin is used for the styrenic elastomer and has a function for setting the haze of a film with a thickness of 50μm, which is formed from a mixture prepared by adding 1-50 pts.wt. of the (meth)acrylic resin to 100 pts.wt. of the styrenic elastomer, to 1-50%.
