PURPOSE: Provided is an automatic popping apparatus, which popes rain in a vacuum sealed frame and followed by heating, pressurization and depressurization, to reduce time for popping, noise, and mechanical trouble. CONSTITUTION: In an automatic popping apparatus which popes ingredients(8) injected through a hopper(9) in a moment by heating at high temperature and high pressure, it comprises the parts of: an upper cam(10), an upper pressurizing part(20), an upper rotating plate(30), an upper rotating forming plate(40) and a main axis(5).
