PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively constitute a simple structure for improving installing performance. SOLUTION: This structure has plates 15, 17, and 19, an electric motor 27 for rotatably operating the plate 17 via gears 153 and 107, a cam mechanism 21 for converting rotation of the plate 17 into moving operation force of the plate 19, an inserting hole 93 of the plate 15, an inserting hole 101 of the plate 17, a projection 103 of the plate 17, and a projection 121 of the plate 19. The plate 17 engages with the plate 15 by the projection 103 inserted into the inserting hole 93, and the plate 19 engages with the plate 17 by the projection 121 inserted into the respective inserting holes 93 and 101 of the plates 15 and 17.
