<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a vibrating actuator corresponding to a high speed change. <P>SOLUTION: This control device has a drive part (5, L1, L2) formed with a drive vibration by applying a frequency signal to a piezoelectric element (1-a, 1-b), a driven condition detector 6 detecting a driven condition of a vibration unit, and a control unit 7 controlling the drive part 5 based on detected information of the driven condition detection part 6. The driven condition detector 6 is constituted by a condition detection means for detecting a driven condition of the vibration unit output as a wave-form signal, and an inclination detection means for detecting an inclination of a wave-form in a prescribed level of this-wave form signal, to control applied voltage to the piezoelectric element (1-a, 1-b) in accordance with this inclination. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
