FIELD: technical devices of fight against terrorism, applicable for prevention of blast of mechanical transport facilities (cars, trucks) due to early detection of anti-transport mines installed on them. SUBSTANCE: timely detection and location of the mined transport facility are attained with the aid of a radio channel over which the alarm information is transmitted to the check point with the aid of a phase - manipulated signal, where the technical characteristics and the ratings of the mined transport facility are determined, its direction finding is effected, and the range and location are determined. The above signals provide for use of selection of a new kind-structural selection that makes it possible to separate the signals acting in the same frequency band and in the same time intervals.
