A communication system capable of effectively generating and managing new information to be added to original information moving on the Internet and making clear where is the responsibility of negotiation in a business transaction. Information such as characters, drawings, still images, motion pictures, and sound can be joined on a single electronic sheet. The communication system using an electronic data unification data management system can transmit/receive electronic sheets of different data types. When transmitting/receiving on the Internet, data including a composite data electronic sheet consisting of two or more types of data fetched from a multi medium such as characters and an image created by the electronic data unification data management system, any information added to the composite data electronic sheet is generated as a comment electronic sheet upon generation of the information. The communication system using the electronic data unification data management system includes browsing means for showing the comment electronic sheet superimiposed with the composite data electronic sheet. |
