PURPOSE:To obtain the optical disk having long-term reliability by forming a hard coat layer by using a photosetting resin, to which an anion surfactant and an antistatic agent are added at specific ratios, on the optical disk surface for recording, reproducing or erasing of optical information. CONSTITUTION:Polycarbonate substrates which are formed by injection compression molding and are formed with the films of protective layers consisting of SiAIN, recording layers consisting of NdDyFeCo, and protective layers consisting of SiAIN in this order on the surface layers 1 of the disk, are stuck to each other by using an epoxy resin. The photosetting resin, to which the anion surfactant an antistatic agent are added respectively at 0.001 to 1%, are applied as a hard coating agent, by a spin coating method on the surfaces and is cured by irradiation with UV rays at the time of forming the hard coating layers on the surface of such disk. The optical disk has the long-term reliability and maintains the dielectric constant of the disk surface over a long period of time is obtd. in this way. |
