PURPOSE: A sense amplifier is provided, which sense and amplifies a current difference between two signals. CONSTITUTION: The first sensing part(100) senses a current difference between two signals(DB,/DB) and then amplifies it. The second sensing part(200) amplifies the sensed and amplified signal from the first sensing part again. A sensing control part(300) controls electrical connection and disconnection of the first and the second sensing part, and precharges the first sensing part when they are disconnected. And a sense amp output part(400) outputs the signal amplified by the first and the second sensing part.
