PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health equipment that can make an operation of a game and can reflect the quantity of motion on the game, and can make the exercise continue for a long time. SOLUTION: The health equipment which the user utilizes for making exercise comprises a detecting means 34 that detects the quantity of motion and outputs a quantity of motion signal, an operating means 28, 29 that generates an operating signal for operating the game executed by the game device, and a signal supply means 47 that supplies the quantity of motion signal and the operating signal to the game device and reflects on the game. Thereby, it can make an operation of the game by the operating means 28, 29 and can reflect the quantity of motion detected by the detecting means 34 on the game, and can make the exercise continue for a long time.
