PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a liquid storing container whose nozzle can be easily opened and closed and which has a simplified constitution. SOLUTION: The liquid storing container comprises a main sheet 1 made of a synthetic resin, which has a first recess 2 opening into the front surface of the main sheet, and an elastic sheet 11 which closes the front surface of the first recess and is bonded to the front surface of the main sheet. Part of the first recess is formed as a second recess 4 opening into the front surface, and an elastic sheet portion positioned forward the second recess is fitted into the second recess in a watertight manner and is formed into an elastically inverting part 12 for a nozzle 13, whose front end is closed, protrusively forwarding from a central part of a rear surface of the elastic sheet portion.
