<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hermetic vessel which reliably tighten a lid when it is scrapped while ensuring the hermetic property during the use, and reduces the number of parts and the cost. <P>SOLUTION: This hermetic vessel 1 comprises a vessel body 2 to accommodate medical wastes such as injection needles 9 and injectors 10 inside, and a lid body 3 to close the vessel body. A middle lid 4 to throw in the medical wastes is fitted to the lid body. One part of the middle lid is turnably engaged with the lid body in an opening/closing manner, and a locking part 15 is protruded from the other part. When the vessel is scrapped, the middle lid is further pushed in the lid-closing direction while the middle lid is closed, the locking part of the middle lid pierces a film part 16 formed on a middle lid receiving part of the lid body, and locked to a back side of the middle lid receiving part of the lid body, and the middle lid is hardly detached from the lid body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
