<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a vibration-resistant fluid-impermeable layer which imparts enough vibration durability to metal foil used as a fluid- impermeable film and to provide an effective use form of the structure. <P>SOLUTION: The vibration-resistant fluid impermeable layer has a structure wherein a laminated film having a three-layer structure formed by providing adhesive resin film layers on both sides of the metal foil is held between a pair of elastomer layers, and the modulus of elasticity B of the adhesive resin film layers is between the modulus of elasticity A of the metal foil and the modulus of elasticity C of the elastomer layers. More preferably, the modulus of elasticity A of the metal foil is 5,000-30,000 MPa, the modulus of elasticity B of the film layers is 1-5,000 MPa, and the modulus of elasticity C of the elastomer layers is 1-6 MPa. An impermeable hose in which the structure of the vibration-resistant fluid impermeable layer is incorporated, as also disclosed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
