PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat belt retractor mounting structure for an automobile, allowing a reduced length of a seat belt without giving influences on mounting interior parts. SOLUTION: The seat belt retractor mounting structure for a rear seat is arranged in a vehicle body which has a reinforcing panel internally mounted above the rear end of a side body on which a quater window is provided and a reinforcing member internally mounted along the lower side of the quater window.
