PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly share necessary information without imposing a burden on a user, and to secure high invulnerability. SOLUTION: This terminal device 10 connected to a network, sharing information with a sharing destination has: a storage part 13 storing inputted information and an attribute of its kind; and a sharing information management part 15 storing the attribute of the kind of the information to be shared, storing the attribute of the sharing destination as a sharing policy, deciding necessity of update in the sharing destination of the information stored in the storage part 13, referring to the attribute of the sharing destination stored as the sharing policy, and transmitting the information stored in the storage part 13 and the attribute of the kind to the sharing destination.
