<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive oxide mixture stably existing without causing embrittlement even if the transfer of oxygen is carried out, having the oxygen ion conductivity and the electron conductivity optionally controlled by the combination of oxides having different physical properties from each other or the change of composition ratio of the oxides to each other to be effectively used as a material giving a desired oxide ion permeation rate or a reactive material and having excellent sintering property, moldability, workability and the like. <P>SOLUTION: The conductive oxide mixture formed from the combination of an oxide having oxide ion conductivity and an oxide having electron conductivity which exists as a mixed structural phase being in a thermodynamic equilibrium state is provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
