PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably prevent entrance of dust into a lubricating oil holding portion and leakage of a lubricating oil from the lubricating oil holding portion to the outside. SOLUTION: A circular dustproof wall 10 surrounding an oil storage chamber 9 for storing the lubricating oil is attached to a casing 5, and in a circular space 12 formed between the dustproof wall 10 and a downward flange portion 11a of a dustproof ring 11 attached to the periphery of the bottom of a mantle core 3, air for air purge is blown from a circular air header 13 attached to the periphery of the dustproof wall 10, whereby the circular space 12 around the dustproof wall 10 is kept in a clean state of a reduced level of dust to prevent entrance of dust into the oil storage chamber 9, and leakage of the lubricating oil from the oil storage chamber 9 to the outside is prevented by air blown from the outside of the dustproof wall 10.
