PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facsimile machine for generating and transmitting a document corresponding to a size of reception paper of a destination facsimile machine in the case that a computer transfers its generated document to the facsimile machine and the facsimile machine transfers the document to the destination facsimile machine. SOLUTION: The facsimile machine includes: a document size comparison means for comparing longitudinal and lateral sizes of a document generated by a document data generating means with longitudinal and lateral sizes of a document processed by a destination stored in a destination table when faxing the document stored in a storage memory 7; and a warning issue means for raising a warning to a user when the document size comparison means discriminates that the longitudinal and lateral sizes of the document generated by the document data generating means differ from the longitudinal and lateral sizes of the document processed by the destination stored in the destination table.
