<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED light-emitting device, which increases outgoing light intensity. <P>SOLUTION: The LED light-emitting device (1) is provided with an LED chip (2) having a rectangular shape in plan view, and a resin package (3) having translucency toward the light emitted from the LED chip (2). The resin package (3) is provided with an outgoing light utilizing area (5) having a limited central angle centering the LED chip (2), at one side, in plan view, distanced from the LED chip (2).
