PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antitheft alarm device which gives an alarm by a voice using effective expression and language for heartily transmitting the occurrence of an accident and the desire to solve it to a circumferential third person (and also a stealing party). SOLUTION: In this device, two machines of an alarm device 1 and a portable device 20 make a set, and when it is detected that the distance between both the devices is a fixed value or more, an alarm voice is generated from the speaker 5 of the alarm device 1. As the alarm voice, a plurality of different alarm messages in a plurality of provincial speeches and/or languages are stored in a voice data storage area 151, a selection program 14a reads voice data according to an output mode stored in an instruction input storage area, and the alarm voice is composed in a voice composition part 16 and outputted to the speaker 5.
