PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means concerning a video/audio provision by which a user can selectively watch and listen a plurality of videos and audios accompanied with the images fitting the needs at a free time at the same outdoor place. SOLUTION: A digital transmitter/receiver which receives a power supply from an automobile receives video/audio data provided by a contents provider through a high-speed communication line from a base station by radio. The data received by the digital transmitter/receiver are provided to a user through glasses integral with liquid crystal monitor which receive a power provision from an automobile connected to the digital transmitter/receiver with a communication line, a headphone, or earphone.
