PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication method by which information similar in value to useful information distributed to each person can be acquired even if a terminal is not connected to a central database on a network. SOLUTION: Based on an 'order' transmitted by each sales representative using own portable terminal 3 to the central database 9 on the network, the central DB 9 computes the amount of orders accepted being the useful information common to each sales representative. The amount of orders accepted is distributed to each terminal 3 and stored in a local database 11 incorporated in each terminal 3. If a new 'order' is inputted to the terminal 3, which is unable to be connected to the central DB 9, based on the newly inputted 'order' and the amount of orders accepted stored in the local DB 11 of the terminal 3, a provisional amount of orders accepted is computed and displayed on the terminal 3.
