<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication state measurement apparatus for measuring the communication state so as to easily discriminate the packet type that is optimum to the communication. <P>SOLUTION: An error rate calculation section 18 calculates the error rate obtained by dividing the number of packets wherein errors take place by the number of received packets by each packet type. An error rate display section 22 displays the error rates by each packet type.
