PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for a communication system utilizing a GPS system provided to a mobile terminal and using acquired positional information. SOLUTION: The mobile terminal registers positional information and a keyword to an IP server 1. When the mobile terminal transmits the positional information and the keyword thereafter, the IP server 1 conducts matching processing between data having already been registered in the IP server and the transmitted data, and transmits user information of a user registering the data to the mobile terminal requesting the matching when matched data exist.
