PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon fiber reinforced resin sheet which has high electroconductivity in the thickness direction without increasing the content of carbon fibers more than necessary or without filling an electroconductive filler other than carbon fibers, and is suited for practical application. SOLUTION: The carbon fiber reinforced resin sheet is constituted of a polyacrylonitrile (PAN)-based carbon sheet such as a nonwoven fabric of PAN based oxidized fibers and a fabric of PAN based oxidized fiber spun yarns which is composed of PAN-based carbon fibers oriented both in the planar direction and in the thickness direction, and a resin with which the above carbon fiber sheet is impregnated and, simultaneously, the surface of the above carbon fiber sheet is exposed on both surfaces of the above carbon fiber reinforced resin sheet.
