PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent air in a processing solution processing part from getting into an output device sucking and holding photosensitive material when exposing the photosensitive material. SOLUTION: A processor 14 is provided with a coupling part 38, and the coupling part 38 and the processing solution processing part 34 are each divided by an outer plate panel 104, partition plates 112, 114, 118 and 120 and a bottom board 116, and a suction grill 124 is provided between a lower space 102 and the coupling part 38. Thus, when pressure in a setter is negative pressure, outside air flows into the coupling part 38 through a lower frame and the air in the coupling part 38 flows out to the setter from an insertion port, then the air in the processing part 34 is discharged by an exhaust fan 126 provided in the processing part 34, so that the air in the coupling part 38 flows into from an insertion-through port 42, and then the air in the processing part 34 is prevented from flowing out to the coupling part 38.
