<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a displacement control valve for a variable displacement compressor without large solenoid force even if the size of valve is enlarged. <P>SOLUTION: A valve element 21 with a large diameter seatably arranged from the downstream side and a piston rod 24 with a small diameter extending to an axial direction through a valve hole are integrally formed in the passage where refrigerant of discharge pressure Pd in a discharge chamber is flowed into the crank chamber at pressure Pc. The piston rod 29 of the same diameter as the valve hole which adjoins the valve element 21 and is coaxially opened and closed by the valve element 21, and the piston rod 30 of the same diameter as the piston rod 24 are integrally formed and arranged, and it is made for a suction pressure Ps in the suction chamber to be applied to the connecting part of these piston rods 29, 30. The influence of the pressure Pc is canceled at the lower stream side of the valve element 21 by applying the pressure Pc to the piston rods 24, 30 which are located on both ends through a passage 25 at one side and through passages 31, 35 at another side in the opposite direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
