PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damages to members caused by separating the members and to supply an expensive heater to a market by reducing an amount of graphite material necessary for manufacturing the heater. SOLUTION: A tool 3 with its diameter 3c smaller than a clearance 4a is inserted into the clearance 4a formed between a male member 2 and a female member 1 in a fit state. Then the diameter is increased to 3d larger than the clearance 4a by (d) after insertion to separate the male member 2 from the female member 1.
