PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber and a sheet having not only antibacterial and antifungal activities, antiseptic activities and deodorant activities but also repel lent activities to mites and cockroaches, having excellent sustainability and immediate effectivity of the activities, usable for a product often contacting with a human body and a food, and containing an extract of mugwort. SOLUTION: The fiber contains the extract of the mugwort, and a resin. The sheet is obtained by soaking a sheet in a solution containing the extract of the mugwort, and the resin.
