PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human private parts washing device which facilitates setting of an intermittent cycle of spouting of washing water at the time of designing and producing the device, and renders the intermittent cycle of spouting to be changeable by the user after production of the device. SOLUTION: The human private parts washing device is formed of a nozzle portion 8, a channel, a space 10, blade surfaces 12, and a rotary blade body 11. The nozzle portion 8 approaches the private parts of the user to spout washing water from a spout 9. The channel functions to feed washing water to the nozzle portion. The space 10 is formed in the nozzle portion 8 to communicate with the spout 9 and the channel. The blade surfaces 12 are housed in the space 10 to generate torque upon receiving the force of the washing water fed from the channel into the space 10. The rotary blade body 11 has an interrupting surface 13 for intermittently restricting communication between the spout 9 and the space 10 according to rotation of the blade surfaces 12. The human private parts washing device is characterized by comprising a main channel 6, a sub-channel 7, and a flow rate adjusting valve 5 which function to adjust rotation of the rotary blade body 11.
